How does it work?
- Some of the standard items that any good wellness Challenge will have.
- Fit Checks every 3 weeks where our staff comes on site and collects all of the data from your staff. We are also there to answer questions and guide your staff down the right path to health. The following items are some of the information that we collect at the fit checks:
- Blood Pressure
- Weight Remember, each one of these is taken by a health expert.
- Body Fat
- Activity Tracking
- Education (Handouts, videos & classes)
- Mini nutrition challenges
- Fit Checks every 3 weeks where our staff comes on site and collects all of the data from your staff. We are also there to answer questions and guide your staff down the right path to health. The following items are some of the information that we collect at the fit checks:
- Confidential data tracking with aggregate information of teams and point totals of top individuals.
- Prize distribution: Depending on your budget we will distribute prizes award or trophies during the challenge
- Some of the not so standard items you get with PTS
- Health Share is our exclusive partnership with World Vision and it is tied into our wellness challenge. Basically, the more points each person earns the more food we can help World Vision to donate to needy children around the world.
- Team Leader Training Workshop: This is where we train strategic members of your company to be team leaders and help us to motivate your staff.
- PTS Academy: This is access to our educational series online. We will also pass educational videos and information off to the team leaders between fit checks to peak the interest of the team.
