At Phoenix Training Studios, we offer a wide variety of small group classes where you can work out with 2-10 individuals without sacrificing personal attention. We also offer personal fitness programs for up to four individuals. This is a more personalized workout, and can save you up to 40%. Check out our Personal Training information.

RISE: Class size limited to 10
Whether you want to lose weight, tone your body, increase your performance or simply get a great workout, this fitness training program is for you. It’s a supervised, progressive class that focuses on functional strength and cardiovascular conditioning. The emphasis changes every month. It’s an ideal training class for all fitness levels. Sign up now to get fit in a group and enjoy yourself in the process!

 FLASH FIT: Class size limited to 10

Improve your mobility, aerobic endurance, strength and power with this challenging one-stop workout. Designed for working professionals, this small group training class will trim your waistline without a huge time commitment. These 30-minute, high intensity workouts will challenge you and deliver outstanding fitness results in a short period of time. Your fitness instructor will quickly move you from station to station and give exercise progressions and variations as needed. All fitness levels are welcome! Group class size is limited to 10 participants.
